The annual meeting of the Association’s Tourist Vehicle and Non-Road Low-Speed Special Vehicle Branch was held in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.

On December 11, 2025, the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Sightseeing Vehicle and Non-Road Low-Speed Special Vehicle Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), themed “Empowering with Technology, Building Foundations with Standards,” will be held in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The meeting was attended by more than 60 leaders and representatives from the association’s supervisor Yan Jianguo, branch association chairman Chen Baoqiang, Chairman Lian Changchun of the supporting unit Jiangsu Huakong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., as well as representatives from industry associations, inspection and testing institutions, OEM manufacturers, and member companies in the supporting components sector.
In his speech, Yan Jianguo introduced the current state of the construction machinery industry and expressed his expectations for the development of sightseeing vehicles and non-road low-speed specialized vehicles. He called on enterprises to remain market-oriented and continuously enhance the competitiveness of their own brands. He pointed out that the sub-association should strengthen its internal development and fully leverage the role of the association’s “nine major service platforms” to support the high-quality development of the industry.
In his speech, Chen Baoqiang pointed out that the industry is at a critical juncture—marking the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He emphasized that industry development should focus on three key areas: leveraging intelligent technologies to enhance product safety, pursuing high-reliability quality standards, and building a new ecosystem of collaborative industrial chain integration. He stated that the sub-association’s secretariat will continue to play its roles as “service provider, liaison, and researcher,” providing support to the industry by strengthening platform interconnectivity, fostering technological innovation and standard upgrades, and deepening industrial collaboration and integration.
In his speech, Chang Chun extended a warm welcome to the guests who had come to Xuzhou to attend the sub-association’s annual meeting. He emphasized that industry progress is inseparable from the guidance of industry associations, the proactive spirit of enterprises, and the collaborative efforts across the entire industry value chain. Huakong Intelligence has long been deeply engaged in the fields of intelligent control and system solutions. Grateful for the support from its customers and suppliers, the company firmly believes that mutual growth and shared prosperity are key to its sustainable development.
In his work report, Wang Dapeng, representing the branch’s secretariat, analyzed the current situation of the sightseeing vehicle and non-road low-speed special-purpose vehicle industries based on the association’s statistical data. He also provided a summary and report on the branch’s work for 2025 and introduced the branch’s plans for the next phase of its activities.
Li Yunsheng provided an introduction to the group participation in the PGA Show 2026, a golf equipment exhibition organized by the Professional Golfers' Association of America, offering valuable avenues to facilitate the export of industry products.
Gao Yongqiang gave a briefing on the contents of two industry-related standards: the "Technical Specifications for Prohibition and Scrapping of Sightseeing Vehicles" and the "Safety Monitoring and Management System for Non-Road Tourist Sightseeing Vehicles."
After the meeting, the participating delegates were invited to visit and exchange ideas with Jiangsu Huakong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
